Great leadership, great company - growing like crazy. Hard work and very demanding culture so don't come here if you aren't ready to work. BDR has broken culture that rolls into marketing. Be ready to do all of your own PG because you will get little to no support from them.

Grafana Labs treats reps love a number on a spreadsheet. Tons of attrition. You either are in the right place at the right time and get a big deal, or starve. Very immature sales leadership.
