Grafana is largely overrated. Don't trust glassdoor reviews (mostly non sales) and repvue ones (largely outdated). Value prop: cheaper than everybody else / low differentiation with open source. Basically, you are selling open source support. Market-fit: organic growth is stalling. Product is average and not differentiated enough. Space is very crowded....Read More
