Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Great org, and seriously they hire great people. A lot of traction in the market for GCP at the moment, especially with data stack (which is the area I cover). Company makes it easy to get workloads kicked off with credits and migration funds, and the key products in the portfolio are stellar, so once started it's a matter of managing customers through cycles. Comp plan has lots of multiplier opportunities and no cap, so potential is good but at least in the data area, quotas are fair, so while you can definitely hit, I'd say it'd be extremely rare to grt more than 300% comp. I've been here 3 years and least ive made in FY is 425k (w2). However with GCP growing the bad is that the idea of growing within the company sometimes seems like a long shot just bc its not a massive org with endless leadership levels. Lots of managers have been outside hires, many from MSFT or like companies - which can be a bit threatening to the culture and what not. Def feels like there's a bit mote pressure from leadership than there was wwhen i started, but def nothing preoccupying ( yet) Browse Other Reviews
