Google is doing a great job in the market. Quotas are getting bigger, but overall its a great place to thrive and make a good living, while maintaining a good work life balance and being surrounded by really great coworkers

Unrealistic quota coupled with 60% OTE weighting to variable component makes it hard to make money at Google Cloud. Our bases are low as well because the weighting for variable was intended to reward top performance, but very few actually come close to their targets.
