An exciting new product and brand name made inbound plentiful and scheduling/connecting with clients very easy. Use the company-wide resources to your advantage - people there were very eager to help and plenty of in-house support/tracking tools. Working on new product may require a new process, so plan to over-communicate with internal teams when necessary.
