Overall, good place to work, most of the people who worked in similar organisations are happier at Google. As a drawback, it's hard to get promoted and it takes on average 2 years even if you're exceeding expectations and constantly hitting your quota.

Not SaaS but Ad Sales. Very stable income with high predictability of EoQ outcome. Overall, a good job but not much upside in terms of earnings as the Marketing Budgets are often set, with marginal potential for adjustment

Google Cloud is not Google in terms of culture, but still a good company. Lack of processes though.
