I didn't feel like the business unit's ambitions were high and product-market fit was not great. Additionally, there was no commission plan, leading to a sluggish operating rhythm across the unit with a lot of complacency.

Good base, poor commission, the leadership and programs are top notch, but the compensation is no where near market rate. Needs serious improvement for how hard they work you.
