CONS: High Pressure/ Burn Out! Know that you're here to learn from the absolute best. BUT when Gong's in down market, it can be tough to survive and the line between "controlling your controllables" vs. "its just the econmy" gets very unclear--often you're made to feel like you're not doing enough.
the pressure comes from high expectations (they invest HEAVILY in enabling you, they expect a return) from sales leadership, C-Suite, and VC's.
TIP: When interviewing, after they love you, ask Q's about attainment and push to see a dashboard. the Commercial Org struggles with burnout: talk to AE's about that and ask questions on how the managers/directors manage burnout especially in a down market. Browse Other Reviews
