New leadership has brought a new level of pressure. Reps are getting out on pips left and right and let go quickly. Commercial business unit is underperforming. Enterprise appears to be doing good but the pressure to get net new logos is forefront. CRO is trying to put Gong in a position to get acquired or IPO. Changes are never easy, we will see how it plays out. If you are not talking to a top rep, the feedback is not great.

Gong is a great sales org. It's going through macro challenges right now, but the long term opportunity is immense.
