Product is great and you're surrounded by incredible sales people. Working at Gong is truly a masterclass in selling. Downside is the role is a grind and most reps are burned out.

Gong is a great company to work for overall, however selling here is very cutthroat. You're expected to self source all of your opportunities so 95% of the job is cold calls and emails.
