If you love sales and are really passionate, you’ll have success. If you are just looking to pay the bills and are okay with being an average rep, you’ll get pushed out. It’s a tough role and the market is not hot. Most expensive product on the market. Most people that like Gong already have it.

My overall experience was a negative one. The attitude from leadership is that if you aren't closing deals, it is completely your fault. I watched countless AE's and SDR's who are incredibly talented go through major struggles, get put on PIP's, and ultimately managed out of Gong for a lot of reasons outside of there control.
