Solid core product, but needs work on ancillary products for true success with multi-product play. In the throws of leadership overhaul. Too early to tell how this will effect company growth & execution. SDR organization consistently mismanaged, and, with challenges across tech in all top-of-funnel, currently & consistently underperforming - a la, you are a hunter in the truest sense. Corporate Sales leadership runs the org with an iron fist - incredibly productive, but increasingly more rigid . You will walk away from Gong with excellent sales acumen, a solid pay check, and some fresh gray hairs.

Gong is a great sales org. It's going through macro challenges right now, but the long term opportunity is immense.

Questionable Leadership. Very low percentage of reps hit their quota. These numbers here seem much higher than the reality. Constant pressure on doing things their way and you are torn apart if you do not agree. No work life balance. Wishy washy leaders with no transparency. PIP comes and goes.
