Overall I’ve had a great experience. Gong is a very fast paced and challenging sales role but the company provides reps with opportunities to excel. Leadership is extremely bought in to reps success and will always go the extra mile to provide coaching to those who ask. There is a decent amount of attrition as it’s not for everybody. The product itself is incredible, with a very exciting roadmap. Performance in the account executive roles are largely based off how well you can prospect. AEs Self source majority of their business. Pay could be better considering the very level of talent, but comp is solid and most people actually hit Quota.

My over all experiences has been great expect the fact that I have seen a lot of other sdrs leave because of lack of upward mobility.

Gong has not prioritized culture in the enterprise segment. As a result, there is a lot of backstabbing, full-on lying, and CYA happening. Particularly at the 2nd line leader position. Everyone has a feeling of fear and "ick" based on how leaders prioritize being punitive instead of actually coaching and being uplifting.
