Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience was a negative one. The attitude from leadership is that if you aren't closing deals, it is completely your fault. I watched countless AE's and SDR's who are incredibly talented go through major struggles, get put on PIP's, and ultimately managed out of Gong for a lot of reasons outside of there control. Gong is an unbelievable product, but the current selling environment (too many reps / not enough leads, struggling SDR org, and competition that is 80% cheaper) requires a lot of luck and flawless execution to get close to hitting your number.
