The commission structure is based on a flat fee per deal closed but one deal can be worth 20k another can be worth 200k but your only comped on the number of deals closed not a % of the total deal value. The training they offer is some of the worst I've ever seen. Most of the management are training base on theory and have either never sold or haven't been in an active sales role in years!
