My experience was ok for the most part. The product overall is very good and globalization partners is the industry leader. However, there are significant setbacks in terms of getting the support needed in the role. You will find yourselves many times in situations where an important customer needs an answer from a different department and no one can get a hold of them. You are then obligated to take a call with said customer in order to retain the business with no response from the department in which their question was asked. This leads to many problems as you may expect. High stress environment where senior leadership will not listen to their employees voices.

Biggest challenge is lead distribution, and lack of big deals coming in the pipeline. The product is not meant for big deal sizes

The commission structure is based on a flat fee per deal closed but one deal can be worth 20k another can be worth 200k but your only comped on the number of deals closed not a % of the total deal value.
