Cons:
- Non competitive pay, changed comp plan twice over past year and each time it just resulted in less pay
- Lead distribution is not based on metrics or title as they claim and is based on leadership playing favorites
- Lead supply can be limited which makes you wonder if there will need to be layoffs
- Leadership often seems lost
- Company used to be #1 in industry but industry has now become very competitive and the company can struggle to differentiate at times, especially for SMB buyers who aren’t as picky (most convos are SMB)
