Leadership is trash. Pay is abysmal. Benefits are lacking. Culture used to be good, but poor leadership and middle management has run the company into the ground.

Disappointing. Leadership changes due to reorgs ruined our team. Unqualified and incompetent leaders lead to massive turnover within our division. Change in comp plans lead to a pay cut. Sr leadership is out of touch and out of their depth, they ruined a really good thing. My advice to reps considering joining HS would be to ask how many sales reps has the hiring...Read More
