Disappointing. Leadership changes due to reorgs ruined our team. Unqualified and incompetent leaders lead to massive turnover within our division. Change in comp plans lead to a pay cut. Sr leadership is out of touch and out of their depth, they ruined a really good thing. My advice to reps considering joining HS would be to ask how many sales reps has the hiring director promoted? A true answer to that question is very telling. It’s 1 if they’re lucky. Reps leave, they don’t move up at HS.

Good! Pay is not normal for software account executives but there were always opportunities to learn. HealthStream products are dominant in all the fields they compete in.
