Headway has been historically low on base pay based on providing 100% inbound leads, but they are striving to keep up with the market and want to stay in the 75th percentile of SF/NY job market to gain top talent.

The provider growth (smb ae) role is a complete sweatshop. It’s ironic that you sacrifice your mental health for this role for the sake of selling a mental health solution. The base comp is very low along with the sales incentive plan is weak. You’re basically getting $100/therapist you sign onto the platform as the commission structure.
