Zero transparency, reps are arbitrarily and covertly fired "due to business decisions" with no formal announcement or explanation. Reps live in constant fear.

Current Employee4.1Feb 25, 2024Glean is an incredible product. The leadership team is strong and getting better. Compensation is the biggest issue but if equity pans out with a $5B+ valuation outcome will be good.
