Great people but the future of the company is at risk as AI leads conversations. Commission structure has also changed which has drastically reduced our earnings the past year.

- Inexperienced Sales Director who operated more like a 1st line manager than a 2nd line manager - Cliquey environment where bad behaviour was “accepted and tolerated” when the offenders were high performers. - Toxic & childish environment
