My overall experience is great as a SE. Team works together really well to make sure everyone is up to speed and feels supported. Recently reps have struggled to make quota but overall comp for SEs has been close to OTE.

My overall experience is positive but not much scope for promotions no matter how the employee works and no matter how many large deals they close. Lots of politics and favoritism.
