Churn and contraction impacting quota attainment has made achieving or making money at GitLab incredibly difficult.

GitLab is a fun place to work. As an outbound BDR inbound leads are not existent and will have to work hard to get to quota. As far as compensation goes, it's fair for the location you are based in. SLC BDR for example would make less than a BDR in Seattle.

They pushed me out after my father passed away. After working there for over 3 years. Leadership was evil. Not sure if that’s changed or not.
