Experience depends on your territory and manager. I have seen some of the most talented sales people get stuck in a territory with uncontrollable factors and Gartner leadership does not do much to support.

Great for LE. MSE is a great place for college grads to get upskilled quickly. However being forced to be in Office in Fort Myers is a catastrophic failure by senior leadership within MSE.
