Horrible experience if you are a BDE and work in the Dallas office. Leadership is an absolute mess. As a matter of fact, there is no leadership, only managers who think they are good at what they do because they hit goals as INDIVIDUAL producers, but obviously cannot lead or coach anyone. Stay away from this company.

Gartner is a good place to work. Culture is interesting. Quota attainment is very possible but must be cautious to not have any account drop
