Horrible experience if you are a BDE and work in the Dallas office. Leadership is an absolute mess. As a matter of fact, there is no leadership, only managers who think they are good at what they do because they hit goals as INDIVIDUAL producers, but obviously cannot lead or coach anyone. Stay away from this company.

Good company but commission checks are far and few between (large lump sum). Also can be extremely demanding with many competing high priority deliverables. LOTS of prospecting.

Great place to start a sales career in your 20s because the product is highly rated and the role take a consultative approach. There's also a great sales enablement team. However, the leadership is not very transparent and you can get paid more at other companies in a similar role.
