Gartner is an extremely secure organization surrounded by tumultuous, ever-innovating tech sales. Companies use G to make important business decisions and save/make (up to) millions through our guidance. There are tons of boomerangs that leave and come back for the security and culture. They want you to win and if you put in the time fueled by curiosity, you'll do fine.

My overall experience was great at the beginning. Turnonver in leadership, continual promotion of great ICs that had 0 leadership skills, and a culture based on fear of PIP took over and it's been on a downturn ever since.
