Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Things are changing and not for the better. New sales development leaders are pushing KPIs that make no sense and they change weekly. Moving targets are hard to hit and hidden targets are nearly impossible to hit. The amount of time I spend on check box activities has increased drastically over the past 3 years. Managers and VPs have all the pressure and responsibility but ZERO autonomy. None of that feels great but the biggest issues is the addition of SDRs, meaning AEs are basically account managers, which kills earnings potential. Browse Other Reviews
