It is not an easy sell, no matter how good you are. Success largely depend son your book of business, your leader and your support team. Ask questions on the book of business and ensure the health of the accounts with 2nd and 3rd level questions to leadership, do not take the initial response.

Great company from a culture perspective. Seemingly underpaid from a role perspective.

Overall experience has been positive although leaders are expected to function in a pretty specific way and business results aren’t always rewarded. No opportunity to increase earning potential based on team performance outside of a annual bonus which business results are only 40% of the consideration.
