Supportive, sharing sales culture in GBS, but a lot of fake positivity also. HR buyers need Gartner less now post Covid. Also worked on GTS, surprised how few team members made Winners Circle in ‘23 in HR vs GTS. Gartner seems to be in a mode of shorter management patience, especially if you have a higher base.

Good org overall. This product will never be a “need” unless an org is making a very large purchase decision on technology. We are consistently in the “nice to have category”. This is not to say you can’t sell your way out of it but it makes it that much harder when competition for budget dollars is high.
