Great experience. Company is a sales machine and you really learn what works. Likewise, while there isn't a ton of inbound lead flow (maybe 1 opportunity per quarter), but people know the Gartner brand, so outreach to generate or capture interest is usually pretty straightforward. A lot of middle management and rules. Base pay is okay and the OTE is very attainable. The product is easy to sell but there are a lot of internal policies that can hinder you. A good place to work but not perfect.
