I love my experience at Gartner so far! Excited to graduate from being a BDX(SDR) and move to the next role. At Gartner, there are also three different levels you are as a BDX with a compensation increase at each level. I think there is room for base salary improvement however

The company culture is 9.9 out of 10. The specific region I was associated with was the highest earning of the org inside of Midsize. I love everyone that I work with, but I experienced a single bad apple. If you are not bought in to their style of selling, you will fail. Which is why they prefer fresh out of college hires.

Gartner does a great job taking care of employees. A lot of room for movement across divisions and teams and a lot of growth opportunity if you are hungry. It's not always performance to quota based, most managers understands the up and downs of territories and work to reward those who are doing the right things even if the results don't always show.
