Personally this was the only organization of my sales career of 10+ years that I did not hit quota or come close. This is due to the renewal quality within my book. I had two accounts that were forecasted to cancel at the end of the year. I spent the entire year, trying to save them, with limited time to find the growth revenue I needed to make up the deficit. In the interview process, I recommend reaching out to individual contributors that will be in your PRACTICE/TEAM to get a better sense of the opportunity. Some teams are better than others!
