The organization is a great sales organization! Like other large global organizations your success has a lot to do with your territory and management. The Research/Advisory roles in IT are best in breed, outside of IT, are more competitive markets and more difficult to hit your number. Quotas are reasonable and base salary is very diverse based on location and experience.

Gartner has been by far the best experience in regards to the support sales receives, the quality of the leadership and the over all comp and benefits.
