Recommend if you’re willing to play a long game and wait through the growing pains of low earnings. Potential to make a killing if you can really absorb product/market/industry/prospect role knowledge well

Former Employee2.6Aug 22, 2024Process is everything, even when that process doesn’t work. Very very dogmatic emphasis on “doing things by the book”. Those who operate outside of that norm, even when they hit 1.3x quota, are promptly asked to leave.
