Gartner used to be a great company until they started making changes that negatively impacts their employees. We went from a remote first company to being forced into the office despite being told it was a remote first environment.

Gartner has been a great company to work when you look at things like work-life balance, benefits, company performance, etc. The company has great initial promotion structure which then becomes very wishy washy and unclear when you reach Client Success Manager.
