Good company, typical sales issues, uplift in quota decrease in territory but what else is new. Within the right channel and terrority you can consistently make some good money. Sometimes hard to navigate promotions, no clear promotion tracks

Naturally, based on the environment determines amount of people to hit plan. The targets are reasonable, and there is uncapped commissions once you hit quota, earning 20%+ on each deal you bring in.
