Overall Gartner is a very well run machine with excellent training. The products are a cost effective alternative to Big 4 consultancy and therefore leads and prospecting is not too difficult.

Not great really bad culture. Lots of unhappy people not hitting quota or plan. Management doesn’t care still putting people on plans left and right Micromanagement no development.
