My overall experience with FullStory has been challenging the past year. Hardly any reps are hitting quota and leadership has not properly made adjustments for that.

FullStory is having very real challenges this year. They've had multiple RIFs in the last 2 years, overall top-line sales growth has been bad but even worse is the amount of customers churning. Not a good experience. Product great. Sales Management awful. Worst favoritism ever. Cant figure out how to help AEs. When you ask questions they just make you feel stupid in front of your team.
