Frontier has potential but leadership is really transactional/ smb minded where you are micromanaged, there is no lead gen, and have terrible resources to properly manage an accout.

My overall experience was awful. I have never worked at a company that micromanaged people like they were lazy when the product/market fit was bad and back office was disjointed. The few people who made quota were the ones who were tenured and fed by their managers. The people who do decent numbers surf thru Salesforce to upgrade existing accounts bc its way...Read More

Illinois market was difficult to break into as many competitors with Fiber funding from Goverment and shared Fiber for smaller clients. Success was with larger orgs with needs for diversity
