Overall experience has been good but the compensation and incentives are extremely less. There is a good PMF and demand for the product. However, though inbound role, the company is asking to generate outbount opportunities to achieve targets rather than spending on marketing.

Stay away from the BDR department. About 10% of reps hit each month, so you won’t make any money. Sr leadership gaslights you until you eventually quit or get put on a PIP. WFH is non existent unless you’re the sr director who brags about being only one who is hybrid in the bdr org. It’s toxic
