Turnover is pretty high, relatively. Career path is there, but 18 months is unlikely. Hyper growth with constant directional changes, both for better and for worse.
I personally enjoyed my time at Freshworks and would recommend the role to anyone that has aspirations to become an AE in a fast growing org.
