Love the company. Love my manager. Love the product set. Changed comp plan in for 2024 and created a mass exodus of great sales reps. Made it very hard to hit your OTE even if you crush quota.

Fortinet is a good company with an industry-leading firewall product. It's much harder to sell the other 50+ products in the portfolio. You will have zero inbound leads from SDRs as they are non-existent and will rely more on prospecting and partners to find new deals.
