Current Employee Initial experience was good and was sold on a the company culture. The people are great but the system is broken as the BDR department is are not aligned with Sales Team. This is most likely due to the fact BDR's are under marketing and not under the sales department. Unlimited PTO is not as advertised. For a while it was but now it's Flexible PTO based on tenure. Promotions and raises have been on hold for a year since Feb 2023.
