Initial experience was good and was sold on a the company culture. The people are great but the system is broken as the BDR department is are not aligned with Sales Team. This is most likely due to the fact BDR's are under marketing and not under the sales department. Unlimited PTO is not as advertised. For a while it was but now it's Flexible PTO based on tenure. Promotions and raises have been on hold for a year since Feb 2023.

Fortinet is a good place to work but they are in a very competitive space and in larger customers are viewed as the little brothers..

The numbers used to be attainable. The company as a whole is growing between 30-40% each year so they expect that of reps and they've added headcount in territories that may not warrant extra headcount so it's difficult to hit numbers.
