Solid. I had the benefit of working with great managers, but the continued splitting of territories, over hiring of sales people, and T2 quota implementations are a driving force to look elsewhere.

My overall experience was mixed in Canada, when your numbers are good everything is good, when the numbers go low, that's when the management can be pushy and ! It's a great place to learn or start your career but then you have to make a switch for a better place.

Fortinet’s culture is tremendous. The main challenge is macro vs. micro focus. The second closest challenge is the perception, fair or foul, that Fortinet is a hardware company first, security firm second.
