I've had good managers in my time as a BDR here. But the higher ups in this company don't care about BDRs at all. Not one bit. They do everything they can to penny pinch & not give us the money, and/or title changes we rightfully earned. Extremely cheap company.

Initial experience was good and was sold on a the company culture. The people are great but the system is broken as the BDR department is are not aligned with Sales Team. This is most likely due to the fact BDR's are under marketing and not under the sales department. Unlimited PTO is not as advertised. For a while it was but now it's Flexible PTO based on tenure....Read More

Overall experience was good. Towards the end there were a lot of changes being made to kpis and compensation. During my time there poor leadership created more activity based metrics than results which led to some poor culture aspects.
