Solid. I had the benefit of working with great managers, but the continued splitting of territories, over hiring of sales people, and T2 quota implementations are a driving force to look elsewhere.

Over my 2 years at Fortinet, there has been a steady decline. Constant holding patterns, bonuses no longer existent, leadership seeming like they have no grasp on the business, and no room for growth. On the positive side, the product is absolutely fantastic.
