Awesome company culture and top notch "products". As an AE, not a good comp plan to make a ton of $. Non aggressive and typical for a "hardware focused" company. Company needs new C suite to overtake Palo. Have the tech and products to get it done but not marketing and spending properly to pay for the right talent. Starts at the top as CEO is the founder and micro manages. Need an experienced CEO operator who has taken companies from 5B+ upward.
