Current Employee Leadership leaves most processes and sales pipeline activity alone as far as KPI's. Which can be a benefit, but a hands off approach sometimes can lead to too much ambiguity.
Trainings are semi rare but in depth when they happen.
percentage of reps hitting quota in SMB is less than 30% of reps, so if you want to be left alone and build your pipeline great, but if you're hoping for quota busting quarters across the territory you'll be disappointed. Browse Other Reviews
