Current Employee2.1Sep 24, 2024As a BDR here, I’ve been given false promises of pay raises & growth. The new VP has no clue on how to lead. There is a lot of micromanaging from the upper management. They say this role is hybrid, yet we come into office 4x a week, and no other department is forced to come in as much as the BDRs.
